The Employer Coalition on Health (ECOH) is a group of concerned employers who are working to address the unsustainable growth in healthcare costs and make healthcare more affordable in Massachusetts through collaboration. ECOH will amplify the voice of employers in health policy discussions by making the cost of care a key consideration.

The mission of the Employer Coalition on Health, Inc. (ECOH) is to promote affordable, high-quality, and rational health care by:

• Informing and educating purchasers of healthcare and health insurance about pending legislative and regulatory proposals;
• Amplifying the employer voice in health care policy discussions;
• Developing innovative, value-based solutions to address unsustainable health care cost trends;
• Advancing civic and community benefits in the development of health policy.
