Eric Gulko is the founder and president of Innovo Benefits Group, an employee benefits consulting firm he launched in 2016 to combine deep subject matter expertise, innovative solutions, and white-glove service in an ever-changing industry. Under his leadership, Innovo has become a trusted advisor to employers and a recognized leader in the benefits community. Eric also serves on the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Health Connector (the state’s health insurance exchange), the Employer Coalition on Health, and the Massachusetts chapter of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP). He is a frequent contributor to national and regional media outlets including the Boston Globe, NBC Boston, Boston Business Journal, and U.S. News & World Report. With more than two decades of experience in benefits strategy and compliance, Eric brings a practical and forward-thinking approach to helping organizations navigate evolving benefits models. He holds degrees from Emory University and Boston College Law School and lives in Massachusetts with his wife and two daughters.
